Sophie and James' dreamy Spring wedding at Clevedon Hall

Updated: Jun 4, 2025

James and Sophie married on a beautiful Spring day at Clevedon Hall where the House and gardens provided the perfect backdrop for the pastel palette chosen by the couple.

Bridal Party Flowers

Sophie carried a mixed pastel bouquet of anemones, ranunculus, narcissi, hyacinths, stocks and blossom. Sophie's bridesmaids each wore a different pastel shade and carried bouquets to match, picking out elements of the bridal bouquet. The buttonholes contained ranunculus, narcissi, hyacinths and rosemary.

"We initially contacted Sacha for our wedding flowers because we loved her approach; using seasonal, locally grown flowers. It was great to have the opportunity to visit her beautiful garden and studio where she grows so many of the flowers herself, to discuss our ideas. Sacha is welcoming, friendly, and professional. We liked that she offered suggestions but also understood our wish to "repurpose" our flowers throughout the day as much as possible, and never made us feel she was over-selling! Sacha provided a Pinterest board and a proposal document to represent our vision and we were very grateful to see how our ideas would look on the day.

We were blown away by the flowers on our wedding day! They were so beautiful; way better than we had imagined. The flowers made our spring wedding theme come together perfectly. The bouquets and buttonholes were stand-out - especially as I had asked for each of the bridesmaids to have a different colour theme to match their dresses!

We would highly recommend Sacha for your wedding flowers. She was a pleasure to work with to help achieve our perfect day."

Ceremony Flowers

The Orangery was decorated with bunches of spring flowers tied to the end chairs and a large ceramic bowl on the register table overspilling with fragrant flowers and foliage.

Reception Flowers

For the reception the ceremony flowers moved and repurposed to decorate the tables and surrounding areas with bowls, vases and bud vases. Co-ordinating pastel candles were placed on the tables in handmade ceramic candlesticks to complete the look. We decorate the tiered bundt cake with wild and delicate meadow flowers.
